Malachi 3:17 New International Version (NIV)

“On the day when I act,” says the Lord Almighty, “they will be my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as a father has compassion and spares his son who serves him.

We call our Thunderettes Cheerleaders "Precious Gems", because they are all God's treasured possessions.  The Precious Pearls, Radiant Rubies, Stellar Sapphires, Elegant Emeralds, and Dazzling Diamonds all make up a Team of beautiful young ladies who learn spiritual growth, sportsmanship, leadership, and team spirit throughout each aspect of the cheer program.

Community Outreach, Devotion, and Nutrition

Victory Thunderettes understand the importance of spiritual and physical growth and development.  Each practice and performance begins with prayer.  Opportunities are available throughout the season to participate in service opportunities that benefit our community.  Devotion is held weekly in practice, and Team Members are encouraged to share scriptures, discuss current events, and learn from their group.

Victory Thunderettes are STUDENT Athletes!  It is important that all of our Team Members are achieving excellence in the classroom, as well as during cheerleading performances.  We recognize the achievements of our Team Members throughout the year.

Victory Thunderettes value the importance of nutritional health and its affects on lifetime development.  Throughout the year, we provide nutritional tips, recipes, and activities; and encourage our Team Members to eat well and exercise.
